Supporting Local Charities

The Riverside Craft Beer Festival is proudly hosted by the The Rotary Club of Riverside Jacksonville.

Proceeds from the 2026 event support Community PedsCare and Riverside Rotary Foundation.

PedsCare

Community PedsCare® is a pediatric palliative and hospice program for children with life threatening conditions. Community PedsCare brings comfort and care to enhance quality of life for patients from prenatal (before birth) to age 21 in the five-county Northeast Florida area…supporting children’s parents, siblings, other family, caregivers, classmates, and teachers.

The history of pediatric palliative care in Jacksonville, Florida, began with the establishment of the Community PedsCare program in 2001 by Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. This program was created to provide comprehensive, community-based palliative and end-of-life care to children with complex, life-threatening conditions and their families. It was developed in collaboration with Wolfson Children’s Hospital, Nemours Children’s Clinic, and the University of Florida, and has since been recognized for its quality and has expanded its services to North Central Florida.

The Foundation of Community Hospice & Palliative Care generates philanthropic and community support for patient care services, family needs, and community programs.

The Riverside Rotary Foundation was founded in 1999 as the charitable giving arm of the Rotary Club of Riverside Jacksonville.  Since starting the Riverside Craft Beer Festival in 2014, the Foundation has given nearly $700,000 to Pedscare and well over $100,000 to other local organizations, which include the following.
